• Wine Foundations – a look at the fundamentals to tasting wine (4 wines tasted.)
• If You Like That, Drink This – Tired of the same old? This tasting explores wines that are off the beaten path, but are similar in style to popular wine grapes. (4 wines tasted.)
• Tastings of Specific Regions – Tasting tours of Italy, France, Spain, and other favourtie countries. (4 wines tasted.)

TWS Premium Tastings:

• Old World/New World Taste Comparison – tasting wines from Europe and comparing them to their New world wine counterparts (8 wines tasted.)
• Sparkling Wine Exploration – perfect for celebrating those momentous occasions! Learn the difference between Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and sparkling wines of the world in this fun and fascinating tasting. (4 sparkling wines tasted.)
• Food & Wine Lab – understand how textures and flavours can work or against wine in this engaging and interactive workshop. (5 wines tasted.)

Tutored Tastings Details

• Suggested minimum group size: 10
• Duration: ~2 hours
• Standard tastings start from $75 per person (plus tax) for tastings of four quality wines  
• Premium tastings start from $95 per person (plus tax) for tastings of four premium wines
• Add a paired cheese platter to any tasting for an additional $30 per person; cheese and charcuterie for $35 per person
• Have your own wine? No problem! Our experts can create a custom lesson and through a structured tasting for $55 per person
