In this workshop, we give you the chef secrets to making great dough for perfect pizza.
Roll up your sleeves and get your biceps warmed up. The Vantage Venues chefs will lead you in an interactive lesson on making dough, rolling it out and finishing it with your favourite ingredients.
You will take your finished dough home to enjoy later, but enjoy the chef's finished pizzas with a great glass of wine.
Recipes are provided for all participants.
Before, during, and after our lesson in dough, The Wine Sisters' chief sommelier, Erin Henderson, will lead you on a tasting of red and white wines, along with an explanation as to why the wines pair well with pizza.
Ingredients, wine, and most cooking equipment is provided.
