If you've ever wondered why white and rosé get all the love when the temperatures climb, we're here to say reds have a spot anywhere there's a pool floatie.
In this 90-minute(ish) tasting we look at four different styles of red wine, learn what makes them so, and discover an eye-opening exercise to proper serving temperatures – and how to cool down fast for those wine emergencies.
We'll also discuss some ideas for what reds to pair with your favourite summer fare.
