Learn to Taste introduces new wine lovers, and reminds veteran enthusiasts, the fundamentals of wine appreciation. This 90 minute class teaches the proper wine tasting techniques, but also looks at wine making, as well as the role of terroir – climate, geography, and environment – and how that results in what's in the glass.
