Learn to shuck oysters under the expert tutelage of a Vantage Venues' chef, while tasting and learning the proper wine pairings.
Each participant will try their hand shucking three oysters each of which will be paired to a wine in an effort to understand why certain wines are a match made in heaven for the sexiest mollusk... and why some pairings were never meant to be.
Partipants will also take home their shucking knife... and get to keep any band-aids used as a momento as well.
