Learn to shuck oysters under the expert tutelage of a Vantage Venues' chef, while tasting and learning the proper wine pairings.
Arrive anytime between 6pm-6:30pm
Tasting begins at 6:30
Doors open at 6pm for a casual reception with a glass of welcome wine and a few oysters, to get warmed up.
At 6:30 we begin the workshop. Each participant will get five oysters to shuck, and enjoy a sommelier-led tasting of three wines to understand why certain wines are a match made in heaven for the sexiest mollusk... and why some pairings were never meant to be.
Partipants will also take home their shucking knife... and get to keep any band-aids used as a momento as well.
